Still wondering whether Zentangle is for you? Here are the answers to the questions we hear most.
Not at all. You do not have to be an artist to become the artist you always wanted to be. People of all ages, skills and interests can learn the Zentangle Method — no prior qualification in art is required.
All it takes is about 15 to 30 minutes to finish a tile at one go… or you can always stop and go whenever time permits, and nothing will be lost or go to waste!
A square paper tile of 3.5”, an 01 black Micron pen or any fine liner, a pencil and a blending stump or earbud. That is all it takes to get started!
Anywhere you are comfortable is enough space — a recliner with your feet up, the dining table, a bench in the park, or sitting cross-legged on the floor.
If you can write your name, or draw the elementary strokes — ● I C S O — you can make these beautiful images. And there are no mistakes in the Zentangle Method, only opportunities.
